Ashley Lee, MS, NCC, LPC Associate
Supervised by Cathy Armstrong, LPC-S

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a place to slow down, process what's happening, and figure out the next step. My goal is to provide a supportive, welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in family therapy, crisis counseling, case management, and education, giving me experience supporting individuals and families through a wide variety of life's challenges.

My counseling style is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe every person has unique strengths, and I enjoy helping clients build practical coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and move toward the goals that matter most to them.

I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based interventions, play therapy, art therapy, and strengths-based counseling.

My hope is that every client leaves each session feeling heard, supported, and more confident in their ability to navigate whatever life brings their way.
