Stacy Hooper, MS, NCC, LPC, LMFT Associate
Founder

Supervised by Kristi Phillips, LMFT-S

As a Corpus Christi native, U.S. Army veteran, therapist, spouse, and mother of four, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance relationships, responsibilities, emotional stress, and personal wellbeing. My experiences both personally and professionally have shaped my passion for creating a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients feel genuinely understood and accepted.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Counseling Education with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, parents, military families, veterans, and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), family systems perspectives, and Gottman Method principles for couples counseling. I especially value working with individuals who experience or view the world differently, including many clients who identify as neurodiverse, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where all perspectives are respected, supported, and valued.

At the core of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection, honesty, and feeling safe enough to be fully human. I am committed to helping clients build insight, resilience, healthier relationships, and meaningful change while navigating life’s challenges with compassion and authenticity.
